Vibe Bakes: Handmade Cupcakes With a Personal Touch in Birmingham

Some of the best local businesses don't start with a shopfront. They start from home, build a following through word of mouth and social media, and grow one customer at a time.

Vibe Bakes is one of those businesses.

Based in Birmingham, Vibe Bakes specialises in handcrafted cupcakes and sweet treats made to order, with a growing range of flavours and options for different occasions.

Cupcakes that go beyond the classics

There's nothing wrong with a classic vanilla or chocolate cupcake, but Vibe Bakes isn't afraid to experiment.

Alongside flavours such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Red Velvet, Biscoff and Cookies & Cream, you'll also find options including Strawberry Matcha, Blueberry Matcha, Green Tea Matcha and Pistachio Matcha.

They also offer milk cakes, with flavours including Biscoff, Oreo, Pistachio & Rose and Strawberry Matcha.

It's a menu that gives you plenty to choose from without losing the homemade feel behind the business.

Made for different occasions

Vibe Bakes takes personalised orders, making the business particularly suited to birthdays, celebrations, gifts or simply ordering a box when you're craving something sweet.

Eggless and vegan options are also available, giving customers more flexibility when ordering for people with different dietary preferences.

Orders are currently handled directly through Instagram or WhatsApp, with at least 48 hours' notice requested.

What are customers saying?

For a growing business, repeat customers are always a good sign.

One customer told Vibe Bakes that they had already ordered cupcakes three times, describing them as fresh and full of flavour while highlighting the personal touches that made each order feel special.

Another customer praised the presentation and taste of their cupcakes, while also mentioning the personalised customer service and regular updates they received throughout the ordering process.

It's that combination of the product and the personal service that often makes ordering from a small independent business feel different.
