Cakes & Baking in Liverpool

Why we like them

There's something particularly appealing about a small bakery that isn't afraid to have fun with its flavours, and that's exactly what caught our attention about Cookielandia. Rather than sticking to the usual selection, the bakery offers everything from chocolate chunk and red velvet to pistachio cream and Biscoff-inspired cookies. The variety makes choosing a box almost as enjoyable as opening it. We also love the independent-business story behind the brand. Founder Dunia started baking from home before taking her creations to Ilford Market, turning a personal passion into a growing bakery. The customer testimonials shared on Cookielandia's website speak positively about the flavours, freshness and texture of the cookies. It's encouraging to see that enthusiasm from people who have actually tried them. Another thing we appreciate is the nationwide delivery. You don't need to live near the bakery to support this independent business, and the mixed cookie boxes make a thoughtful gift for someone with a sweet tooth. For us, Cookielandia is exactly the kind of creative independent business Local Finds exists to spotlight.
